UV Black Cable Tie

Nylon 6/6 ties can be in different colors, most are white "Natural" or "UV black". Most black color ties will have some resistance to sunlight and outdoor exposure because the carbon black pigment added to the material to give the tie black color to become UV resistant. In most cases there is 0.50% just enough carbon black pigment added to the material will give the tie it's black coloring, to become UV resistant it will need about 2-5% for true UV resistance. Standard UV Nylon 6/6 ties are also affected by the environment, cable tie absorb moisture and the time dries out in outdoor applications which can make the tie ultimately break.
